Fairfield Bicycle Shop puts the wheels on Capital Bike and Walk Society

What's New @ Capital Bike & Walk

Capital Bike and Walk has partnered with the Greater Victoria Cycling Coalition to conduct bicycle counts in advance of work being done on the E&N Rail Trail. This will help us to track changes in bicycle traffic that is likely to be generated by the new trail project.

New Sponsorship - Fairfield Bicycle Thanks for Fairfield Bicycle Shop who are helping to keep CBWS Exectuvie Director John Luton on the road. Owner Richard Miller is a board member and recently donated a new set of wheels to keep Luton's hardworking Kona Hei Hei on the road. Beat up after a hard winter chasing ferries for the "Bike Racks on Ferries" initiative, the new wheels helps to keep Luton pedaling to meetings and doing project work (last year's total was 6,500 km). The donation is worth about $500 and is much appreciated.
